These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website, product inquiry, quotation, and B2B purchase for flagpoles, bollards, sectional sliding gates, and custom metal fabrication products.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or accepting our quotation, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using our website.

You are forbidden to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reuse our drawings and pictures without our written approval. Automated web-scraping of our website is prohibited.

2. Quotation & Specification
All product prices displayed on the website are for reference only. A binding formal quotation will be issued upon receiving your detailed project parameters, including dimensions, quantity, surface finish, port of destination, and trade terms.
Each written quotation is valid for 30 calendar days. Prices can be adjusted due to raw material fluctuations, foreign exchange rate changes, or customer-requested specification modifications.
Custom metal products allow reasonable manufacturing tolerances on dimensions, weight, and appearance. We reserve the right for product technical improvements without prior notice to buyers.

3. Order Confirmation
Verbal conversations and email inquiries do not constitute a binding sales contract. A valid contract comes into force only after we issue a formal written order confirmation.
After order confirmation, any modification of quantity, size, accessories, or delivery schedule must be submitted in writing. Any adjustment may generate extra costs and shall be subject to our approval.
Once production has started, order cancellation shall only be accepted by our written consent. The Buyer shall bear all material costs and partial processing losses for cancelled production orders.

4. Payment Rules
All payment requirements shall be specified clearly in the Proforma Invoice.
Our standard export term: the buyer pays a deposit to start production, and the balance payment shall be fully settled before shipment. All bank transfer fees are on the buyer’s side unless we reach a separate written agreement.

5. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Production lead time is stated inside the formal quotation, calculated from the date we receive your deposit. Lead time is an estimated value only.
We shall not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by raw material shortages, port congestion, freight carrier problems, force majeure events, etc. No compensation shall be claimed for such delays.
The risk of damage and loss of goods transfers to the buyer once goods pass the loading point as per agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF). The Buyer takes full responsibility for destination import customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, and inland transportation.

6. Inspection and Warranty
The Buyer may conduct a pre-shipment inspection before goods leave the factory.
A limited 12-month warranty applies only to factory manufacturing defects, counting from the shipment date.
This warranty does not cover: improper installation damage, corrosion from harsh local environments, impact damage, misuse, customer self-modification, or normal wear and aging.
Custom-made project products cannot be returned unless confirmed to be our manufacturing defect. Returns are not accepted once goods clear import customs at the destination.

7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances out of reasonable control: natural disasters, war, government sanctions, factory shutdowns, material shortages, port lock-downs, and other force majeure incidents.

8. Limitation of Liability
Guangzhou Aotian Flagpole Co., Ltd. shall not compensate for indirect loss, consequential loss, or lost project profit arising out of product supply or website usage. Our maximum total liability shall never exceed the total amount of the related commercial invoice.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any trade dispute shall first go through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration where our company is located.

10. Revision
We hold the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Updated clauses take effect immediately once published on patriotdirectpoles.com. Continued use of the website represents your acceptance of revised content.
