These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website, product inquiry, quotation and B2B purchase for flagpoles, bollards, sectional sliding gates and custom metal fabrication products.

By accessing this website, submitting inquiry or accepting our quotation, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using our website.

All texts, product photos, technical drawings, logos and design content on this site belong to Guangzhou Aotian Flagpole Co., Ltd.

You are forbidden to copy, reproduce, redistribute or reuse our drawings and pictures without our written approval. Automated web‑scraping of our website is prohibited.

2. Quotation & Specification

All product prices displayed on website are for reference only. Binding formal quotation will be issued upon receiving your detailed project parameters including dimension, quantity, surface finish, port of destination and trade term.

Each written quotation is valid for 30 calendar days. Prices can be adjusted due to raw‑material fluctuation, foreign‑exchange rate change or customer‑requested specification modification.

Custom metal products allow reasonable manufacturing tolerance on dimension, weight and appearance. We reserve right for product technical improvement without prior notice to buyers.

3. Order Confirmation

Verbal conversation, email inquiry does not constitute binding sales contract. A valid contract comes into force only after we issue formal written order confirmation.

After order confirmation, any modification of quantity, size, accessories or delivery schedule must be submitted in writing. Any adjustment may generate extra cost and shall be subject to our approval.

Once production has started, order cancellation shall only be accepted by our written consent. Buyer shall bear all material cost and partial processing loss for cancelled production orders.

4. Payment Rules

All payment requirements shall be specified clearly in proforma invoice.

Our standard export term: buyer pays deposit to start production, balance payment shall be fully settled before shipment. All bank transfer fees are on buyer’s side unless we reach separate written agreement.

5. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Production lead‑time is stated inside formal quotation, calculated from the date we receive your deposit. Lead‑time is estimated value only.

We shall not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by raw‑material shortage, port congestion, freight carrier problem, force majeure events. No compensation shall be claimed for such delays.

Goods risk of damage and loss transfers to buyer once goods pass loading point as per agreed Incoterm (FOB / CIF etc.). Buyer takes full responsibility for destination import customs clearance, import duties, local tax and inland transportation.

6. Inspection and Warranty

Buyer may conduct pre‑shipment inspection before goods leave factory.

Limited 12‑month warranty applies only for factory manufacturing defects counting from shipment date.

This warranty does not cover: improper installation damage, corrosion from harsh local environment, impact damage, misuse, customer self‑modification, normal wear and aging.

Custom‑made project products cannot be returned, unless confirmed to be our manufacturing defect. Return is not accepted once goods clear import customs at destination.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delay or non‑performance caused by circumstances out of reasonable control: natural disaster, war, government sanctions, factory shutdown, material shortage, port lock‑down and other force‑majeure incidents.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guangzhou Aotian Flagpole Co., Ltd. shall not compensate for indirect loss, consequential loss, lost project profit arising out of product supply or website usage. Our maximum total liability shall never exceed the total amount of the related commercial invoice.

9. Governing Law and Dispute

This agreement shall be governed by laws of People’s Republic of China.

Any trade dispute shall first go through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, dispute shall be submitted to arbitration where our company locates.

10. Revision

We hold the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Updated clauses take effect immediately once published on this webpage. Continued use of website represents your acceptance of revised content.
